Xmarks built the Xavier Marks Reall Estate Agent app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Xmarks at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Account Deletion

We store data for as long as it is necessary to provide products and services to you and others, including those described above.
Information associated to your account will be kept until your account is deleted,
unless we no longer need the data to provide products and services.

You can delete your account any time. Deletion process will automatically delete your account without any further process.

To delete your account, on app you can access "Manage Account > Delete Account" page, then insert your email address to confirm account deletion.
on website, you can access it on your "Dashboard" under navigation menu, the open "Edit Profile" page, scroll down and insert your email address to confirm account deletion.
When you delete your account, we also delete all of your property listing and all data related to it.

When you delete your account, we delete all of your property listing as well as any related data regarding to it.
Keep in mind that after deleting your account, you are unable to restore it and require registering
new account to use XMART app.
